Website information and service agreements

Service descriptions are general information. Sending an inquiry does not book an appointment, establish a support response time, or create a contract for work. Project scope, pricing, payment terms, scheduling, warranties, and ongoing support are agreed separately in a quote or service agreement. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms about the purchased services.

Appropriate use

Provide accurate information and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not submit malicious code, spam, unlawful material, or information you are not authorized to share. Do not attempt to access another customer’s records, bypass access controls, or disrupt the site.

Accounts and communications

You are responsible for protecting access to your sign-in account and for activity you authorize. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized access. Client portal access is limited to the records and functions authorized for your account. We may restrict access to address misuse or security concerns.

When you send an inquiry or support request, you authorize TechVets to contact you about that request using the details you provide. The contact form is not an emergency service. Do not include passwords or full payment card details.

Invoices and payments

Any amounts owed, due dates, and payment arrangements are those in the applicable invoice or service agreement. Where online payment is enabled, the payment provider processes the transaction under its own terms. Submitting a contact form does not authorize a charge.

Website content

TechVets branding and website content belong to TechVets or their respective rights holders. You may view the site and use its information to evaluate our services. These terms do not transfer intellectual property rights or authorize misleading use of our name or branding.

Third-party products and links

Third-party software, devices, sign-in services, and payment services remain subject to their providers’ terms. Compatibility, availability, and functionality can change. Any commitments about a client installation or integration must be stated in the applicable service agreement.

Availability and limitations

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but information may contain errors and features may be interrupted or updated. To the extent permitted by law, website information and access are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, or changes obligations in a separate service agreement.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through this website is handled.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Updates apply to future website use and do not retroactively change a signed service agreement. Contact us with questions or concerns about website use.
