TECHVETS · NAPLES, FLORIDA
Privacy Policy
Effective October 7, 2026
This policy describes how TechVets handles information through techvetsfl.com, its contact form, and its client portal. It does not replace a separate privacy or data-processing agreement for a client project.
Information collected
- Inquiries: your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service, and message.
- Client accounts: sign-in identifiers, name, email, and profile information you provide, such as company, address, and phone number.
- Service records: support tickets and replies, invoice details, and payment status or transaction references. When online payments are enabled, card details are entered with the payment provider rather than stored in the TechVets CRM.
- Technical information: hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser details, request timestamps, and error logs. The contact form uses a hashed IP-based identifier to limit abusive submissions.
Please do not send passwords, full payment card details, or sensitive documents through the contact form.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, discuss and deliver requested services, manage accounts and support, maintain invoices and payment records, and protect the website against misuse. Contact submissions are saved in the TechVets CRM. When email delivery is enabled, inquiry details are also sent through Resend to our sales inbox.
Service providers and disclosures
Providers that support website hosting, storage, authentication, email delivery, and enabled payment features process information needed for those functions. The site uses Sites hosting, ChatGPT sign-in for the portal, and Resend for configured inquiry emails; Stripe handles online payments when enabled. Providers apply their own policies to their services.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or protection of legal rights. The current website does not include advertising trackers or a feature that sells submitted personal information.
Cookies and sign-in
The website and its hosting and sign-in providers may use cookies or similar session technologies to support authentication, security, and essential functionality. You can manage cookies in your browser; restricting them may prevent sign-in or other features from working.
Retention and security
Inquiries and account, support, and billing records are stored for business follow-up, service administration, security, and applicable recordkeeping needs. Retention depends on the record and the relationship; this website does not automatically delete inquiries after a fixed period. Contact us to request removal of information that is no longer needed.
Account access controls and submission limits help protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to submit optional information. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided, contact sales@techvetsfl.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records needed for ongoing services, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
Children and external services
This website is intended for business customers and adults seeking technology services, not children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and address it. Linked websites and third-party services have their own privacy practices.
Updates
Updates to this policy will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Any additional notice or consent required by applicable law will still apply.
